Lost Souls Celebration

Every port town has lost its fair share of sailors. Every autumn, Ynnis honors their missing family and ancestors with the Lost Souls Celebration - a time to be together, eat good food, and cherish memories. Over the years, the celebration has become somewhat commercial with vendors lining the streets and festival weekends, but the heart of Lost Souls is gathering under the stars to sail hand-crafted miniature boats into the sea in hopes they’ll reach the spirits of the sailors and bring them to a better place.
