Hounds are the core of Itona gameplay and can be obtained in a number of ways!
New Player Questline
Each player may complete the new player questline once, and this questline awards a Hound! You can see the quest line here.
Exploring
Foundling Pups can be found via exploring, as well as Hound Phenotypes. Exploring can also give you access to Strays and Wilds.
Strays and Wilds
Strays and Wilds can be encounterd via exploring and via special events. Strays and wilds are competive events. You can learn more about these systems on their guide book pages.
Breeding
More Hounds can be obtained via breeding Hounds you already own, or slots you own. You can learn more about breeding on its Guidebook page.
Purchasing
Hounds can be purchased from other players, and sometimes from Itona itself. You can check the #selling-hounds channel on our Discord to see what's currently available from other players!
