Eumelanin Colours

Eumelanin colours represent the black based pigment on a Hound. Each Hound will have only one of these colours listed. These colours must be selected off of these swatches. A gradient may be applied to a Hound, but it must come from a single swatch square. Swatches are arranged in columns, from left to right, in warm tones, neutral tones and cool tones. Note that when selecting phaeomelanin to complement your eumelanin you should select a swatch from the same or adjacent column. Selecting cool eumelanin and warm phaeomelanin may result in designs that are rejected. Larger sizes of our swatches are available here.
